About NineClip

Make the good work easier to find.

NineClip Design is a small website studio in West Bengal, India, for Indian small businesses. A person checks every page we ship before it goes live.

Who runs it

Founded by Bulan Sarkar.

Bulan Sarkar is an electronics engineer in West Bengal who started Electronics Infoline in 2000. That site still publishes circuits and lessons, and Bulan has been building and running websites ever since.

We also run CorrectForm, a guide to Indian exam application forms and upload specs, and NineClip Build, a set of construction calculators. Anything we offer clients, we have tried on our own sites first.

Our point of view

Readable is a strategy.

A website is not only a surface. It is where a business explains what it does, who it serves, where it operates, and what someone should do next.

We start with evidence before opinion, clear language before jargon, and a deliberate structure before decoration. AI-assisted tools can help us move quickly; human review decides whether an important statement is supported, useful, and honest.

How we work

Built for the questions customers ask.

The work changes with the business. A hotel, clinic, coaching centre, manufacturer, or local service provider should not have to use the same language or page structure.

01

Context before templates

We shape the brief around the city, industry, offer, buyer intent, and the facts a customer needs to verify.

02

Useful output over theatre

Audits show evidence and limits. Portfolio concepts are labelled. Provisional figures are not presented as final commercial commitments.

03

Human review before delivery

Important outputs are checked for factual support, readable language, accessibility cues, and a clear next step before delivery.

04

No impossible promise

Search and AI visibility vary by system, model, query, location, and time. We build stronger foundations, not guaranteed rankings or recommendations.

The NineClip method

Clarity is a practice.

A structured process keeps the technology useful and the experience human.

01

Audit the evidence

We start with what is observable: structure, content, local signals, conversion paths, and machine-readable facts.

02

Find the meaning gap

We turn technical findings into plain-language priorities your team can actually use.

03

Build with intent

We shape the pages, content, visual system, and interaction around the questions your customers ask.

04

Review like a human

Every important output is checked for clarity, truthfulness, accessibility, and practical usefulness.
