What is delivered
Depending on the agreed scope, delivery may include a human-reviewed audit report, a private report link, website designs, source files, a deployed website, content or information architecture, launch notes, or website-care updates. The exact deliverables are defined in the written scope.
How delivery happens
Digital outputs may be delivered through a private link, email, a shared project handoff, a customer-owned domain, or another agreed digital channel. A payment confirmation is not itself a delivery promise outside the written scope. We do not require a customer to receive a physical parcel.
Timing
Timing depends on the agreed scope, the quality and timeliness of customer information, approvals, domain or hosting access, third-party services, and technical dependencies. The applicable estimate or milestone is stated in the written proposal or project communication. A free entry audit is subject to intake, crawl, queue, and human-review boundaries.
If you cannot find your delivery
Check the email address used for the request and any private-link expiry notice first. Then contact [email protected] with the receipt, order reference, or project context. We will verify the record and resend or restore access where the agreed delivery remains available.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, reviewing factual content, approving deliverables, and maintaining access to domains or third-party accounts they own. Delays caused by missing information, unavailable access, or unapproved changes may move the delivery estimate.
