Using this website
You may use this website to learn about NineClip Design, review clearly labelled illustrative concepts, request an audit, ask a question, or discuss a written service scope. You must provide information that you are authorised to share and must not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorised access, or submit content intended to disrupt the service.
Audits and evidence
An initial audit is bounded by the scope stated in the request or report. A report may describe website structure, content signals, local information, conversion paths, accessibility cues, performance proxies, or other evidence captured within that scope. It is not a Lighthouse score, full Core Web Vitals study, full WCAG audit, search-ranking report, legal opinion, or guarantee of inclusion in any AI answer.
Services and written scope
Paid website design, development, deployment, care, content, or audit work begins only after the scope, deliverables, timing, price, payment terms, ownership or licence terms, and any dependencies are agreed in writing. The website’s displayed prices are provisional unless a written proposal says otherwise. Domain, hosting, third-party software, taxes, and pass-through costs are included only when the written scope says they are.
Payments and third-party providers
If a payment order or checkout is provided, the amount, currency, purpose, and payment status are shown before confirmation. Razorpay or another payment provider may process the transaction under its own terms. A successful payment does not expand the agreed scope or automatically approve a report, publish a demo, or create a ranking or visibility result.
Content and ownership
You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of business facts, images, logos, claims, and other material you provide. Final ownership, licences, source handoff, hosting, and maintenance are governed by the written scope for the relevant engagement. Illustrative concepts and fictional demo businesses remain examples and must not be represented as completed client work unless it is authorized.
AI visibility and results
Search engines, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered systems change their responses by platform, model, query, location, time, and available data. NineClip Design can improve clarity, structure, and machine-readable foundations, but cannot guarantee indexing, ranking, traffic, inclusion, recommendation, leads, revenue, or a particular response from any system.

We may update these public terms when the website, service model, or payment process changes. The version displayed at the time of a written scope or payment is the relevant public reference, subject to the written agreement. Questions should be sent to [email protected].
