A clear enquiry deserves a clear explanation.
This policy explains how NineClip Design handles information submitted through its website, audit intake, service enquiries, and payment-related interactions.

Information we receive
When you send an enquiry or request an audit, we may receive your business name, email address, website URL, industry, city or service area, optional phone or WhatsApp number, and the context you choose to provide. If you later engage us, we may also receive project brief, billing, delivery, and communication information needed for that engagement.
Why we use it
We use this information to review and respond to enquiries, decide whether a bounded audit is appropriate, prepare an agreed scope, deliver work, maintain operational records, prevent duplicate or unwanted contact, and provide support. We do not use a submitted enquiry to promise rankings, AI recommendations, revenue, or a particular business result.
Website audits and AI-assisted work
Where an audit is authorised, the supplied website URL may be fetched within the agreed scope. Audit outputs are bounded observations and are reviewed before delivery. AI-assisted tools may help with drafting or extraction, but they do not turn an observation into a guaranteed claim. Any separately captured AI-query evidence is dated and labelled as dynamic evidence.
Payments
When a payment is offered, Razorpay or another clearly identified payment provider processes the payment through its own systems. NineClip Design does not ask for or store your full card number, banking password, or payment authentication secret in a website form. Payment references and transaction status may be retained for reconciliation, support, refunds, and accounting.
Storage, providers, and retention
Information may be stored in private operational systems and handled by service providers used for hosting, secure storage, email delivery, website measurement, and payment processing. We retain information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, an active written engagement, security and fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or a legal obligation, after which it is deleted or de-identified where reasonably practical.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct inaccurate information, explain how a submitted enquiry is being used, or delete it where retention is not required. You may also withdraw consent for future enquiry handling. To protect the person concerned, we may need to verify a request before acting on it. Use [email protected] and include enough context to locate the enquiry without sending passwords or payment credentials.
Security and limits
We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be promised completely secure. This policy describes the current public intake and service model; it does not promise a particular security certification or legal compliance status.
