Digital services, not physical goods

NineClip Design sells or discusses digital audits, website design and development, deployment, content or structure work, and website care. There is no physical product shipment under these services.

Before work begins

If you have paid for a service and ask to cancel before the agreed work begins, contact [email protected] with the payment receipt and the written scope. We will review whether the request qualifies for cancellation under that scope and applicable law. Where a refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval; the payment provider or bank may take additional time to display it.

After work has begun

Once audit, design, development, content preparation, deployment, or another agreed deliverable has begun, the amount may cover work already performed and committed third-party costs. Any refund, credit, or partial refund will be assessed against the written scope, work completed, provider charges, and applicable law. No refund is automatic merely because an AI system, search engine, or visitor did not produce a desired result.

Failed, duplicated, or unsuccessful payments

If a payment fails, is debited but the order is not confirmed, or appears duplicated, contact us with the receipt or transaction reference and date. Do not send card numbers, PINs, passwords, or one-time passwords. We will reconcile the provider record and, where a refund is due, initiate it to the original payment method.
