CorrectForm: from one popular tool to a full exam-forms guide
CorrectForm helps Indian exam candidates get their uploads right: photo and signature sizes, PDF limits, self-attestation and each exam's official rules.
Where it started (29 Sep 2026)
- Search Console, last 28 days: 254 clicks, 13.7K impressions, average position 7.2.
- One tool, the self-attest page, brought most of the clicks.
- About 40 pages could be indexed. The site ran on a single server in the US, and Lighthouse mobile scores were 67 to 84.
What we did
- Built pages for what candidates actually search: photo and signature size pages, PDF size limits with the official cap quoted, and one page per exam taken from its notification.
- Moved the public site to Cloudflare Pages on 1 Oct, so pages load from a nearby server.
- Cut about 300 KB from the first screen: CSS inlined per page, fonts after first paint, analytics after the first tap.
- Kept the basics tidy: a sitemap that matches the live pages, short titles, FAQ and breadcrumb data, and a source and checked date beside every exam fact.
Where it is now (Search Console, 17 Sep to 14 Oct 2026)
| Measure | 29 Sep | 17 Oct |
|---|---|---|
| Clicks, last 28 days | 254 | 394 |
| Impressions, last 28 days | 13.7K | 26.2K |
| Average position | 7.2 | 6.6 |
| Pages in the sitemap | about 40 | 104 |
| Lighthouse mobile, home (median of 3) | 67 to 84 | 92 |
The self-attest tool still does the most work (145 clicks in 28 days), but exam pages now bring their own: UPSC ESE 48, TNPSC Group 4 35.
What our own audit found
We ran our audit on CorrectForm on 17 Oct. It flagged three form fields on the self-attest tool with no label, which screen readers can't announce, and a mobile load time of 2.7 to 3.5 seconds on the two busiest pages. Both are on the fix list.
What a client gets from this
Find the two or three pages people already look for, build out from them, make the site quick on an ordinary phone, and put each fact next to its source. We don't promise rankings.
